OUR YEARLY ADOPTION EVENT
Starting this year, Paws With A Cause has been organizing a community adoption event in the Riverview FL area. With the help of our club members, we are hosting adoptions, auctioning raffle baskets, setting up games and a bounce house for all the families in attendance. We will be launching at 11 am, February 16th at the Summerfield Crossing Sunday Market. Please stop by if you can!
PETSMART VOLUNTEERING
Paws With A Cause organizes volunteering shifts with Rescue Cats of Florida at our nearby PetSmart. There, we serve our community's pets by cleaning kennels, overseeing the adoption process, restocking, and keeping a clean, lively space for the animals. Our members have learned a great amount of responsibility and care while volunteering at these kennels.
HOLIDAY SUPPLY DRIVE
To get in the holiday spirit, Paws With a Cause organizes a student body supply drive for our local shelters in December. In our 2019 and 2020 chapters, we donated boxes full of blankets, towels, toys, treats, and food bowls to the Tampa Bay Humane Society! Members within our organization get to collaborate on bettering our community by advertising our event through posters, flyers, our morning show, and social media.
TRICK-OR-TREAT STREET
Every Halloween, we participate in a trick-or-treating event for the kids in our community. Paws With A Cause hosts a themed event with different decorations games for kids to enjoy. Of course, we could never forget about the bins of candy we give out to the trick-or-treaters!
